Therefore, her focus is on educating her clients on the mortgage process resulting in an experience that is less confusing and overwhelming. She gives them her full attention and makes sure they clearly understand, and their questions are answered.

For first-time home buyers, her experience has been that by educating her clients on the loan process at the beginning, the result is an experience in which they have a better understanding, and less stress with the process. Her service is the same for more seasoned clients and returning clients because the mortgage process is ever changing.

Cindy is a Batavia resident, where she, alongside Dennis, her husband of over thirty years, raised three children. Now that the children are grown, they enjoy their time as empty nesters. Her favorite is to share her summer days in Wisconsin going boating and water-skiing at a family home.
